Terms & Conditions for The Eden Within Coaching

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any coaching service offered by Nicholas Branch, including discovery calls, private coaching, ongoing coaching, and future online course offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Nature of Services

The Eden Within is a faith and wellness coaching service designed to support clients in areas such as identity, embodiment, emotional awareness, spiritual connection, reflection, and personal growth.

Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process. It may include reflective conversation, embodied noticing, gentle spiritual exploration, journaling invitations, and wellness-oriented support.

Not Therapy, Medical Care, or Crisis Support

Coaching services provided by Nicholas Branch are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, trauma treatment, medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or any licensed healthcare service.

Nicholas Branch is not acting as your physician, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, licensed counselor, or emergency provider within this coaching relationship.

Coaching is not a substitute for:

-psychotherapy or mental health care

-trauma therapy or crisis intervention

-medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment

-physical therapy or rehabilitation

-psychiatric care or medication management

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, self-harm thoughts, domestic violence, medical emergency, or any urgent concern, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider immediately.

Client Responsibility

You understand that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results before, during, and after coaching. Coaching is intended to support your self-awareness and growth, but all choices remain your responsibility.

Faith-Based but Non-Dogmatic

This coaching is Christ-rooted and grounded in love, embodiment, and connection with God, but it is not dogmatic, denominational, or formula-based. Clients are responsible for their own spiritual interpretation and choices.

Scope of Communication

Email or between-session messaging is intended only for light support, scheduling, and brief reflections. It is not intended for emergency, crisis, or therapeutic processing.

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

By booking, you agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policies listed on this site and in your client agreement.

Payment

All coaching fees must be paid according to the terms listed at checkout or in your coaching agreement. Services are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantees

Coaching outcomes vary by individual. Nicholas Branch makes no guarantee of specific emotional, spiritual, financial, relational, or health outcomes.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is honored. Information shared in coaching will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law, where safety is at risk, or where the client gives written permission.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, worksheets, guided reflections, recordings, meditations, and written content provided through The Eden Within are the intellectual property of Nicholas Branch unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, distributed, taught, republished, or resold without written permission.

Right to Refuse or End Services

Nicholas Branch reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue coaching services if the relationship is not a fit, if the client requires clinical support beyond scope, or if boundaries are not respected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicholas Branch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in coaching services. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your choices and release Nicholas Branch from liability except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the coaching business is established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
