Still Waters Mental Wellness Coaching
Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Services
Still Waters Mental Wellness Coaching provides non-clinical, non-therapeuticcoaching services designed to support personal growth, emotional wellness, and goal development.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that:
- Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or psychiatric services
- No diagnosis or treatment will be provided
- You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional help if needed
If you are currently under the care of a licensed professional, it is recommended that you inform them of your participation in coaching.
3. Client Responsibility
You understand and agree that:
- You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
- Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed
- You participate voluntarily and agree to engage openly in the process
4. Faith-Integrated Coaching
Still Waters Mental Wellness Coaching may incorporate faith-based perspectives, including Christian principles, upon client preference.
Participation in faith-based elements is optional, and services are provided in a respectful, non-coercive manner.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are conducted with respect for your privacy.
However, you acknowledge that:
- Coaching services are not subject to HIPAA regulations
- Information may be disclosed if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others
6. Scheduling and Payment
- All sessions are scheduled through Paperbell
- Payment is required in advance of scheduled sessions
- Fees are listed on the booking platform and are subject to change with notice
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
- Missed sessions or late cancellations may be non-refundable
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of Still Waters Mental Wellness Coaching
8. Virtual Services
All services are provided virtually. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring a stable internet connection
- Being in a private, appropriate environment for sessions
9. Crisis and Emergency Situations
Still Waters Mental Wellness Coaching does not provide crisis or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact:

- Your local emergency services (911)
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Waters Mental Wellness Coaching is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from coaching services
- Decisions made by the client during or after services
11. Agreement
By purchasing or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
