By booking with ProEvolv, you agree to the following terms.
Services and Sessions
ProEvolv provides 1:1 career coaching and multi‑guest webinars for individuals and organizations. Sessions are typically 15, 25, or 55 minutes and held via Microsoft Teams or another mutually agreed online platform.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and No‑Shows
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may, at ProEvolv’s sole discretion, be treated as a used session and are not refundable.
If a client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided notice, the session is considered a no‑show, is charged in full, and is not eligible for refund or credit.
In genuine emergencies or circumstances beyond the client’s control, ProEvolv may, but is not obligated to, offer a one‑time exception, reschedule, or credit at its sole discretion.
ProEvolv may reschedule sessions when necessary and will provide reasonable notice.
Payments, Refunds, and Expiry
All services are paid in full upfront through Paperbell at the time of booking.
Once a package has begun, payments are generally non‑refundable. In exceptional circumstances, ProEvolv may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund or credit; such accommodations are case‑by‑case and not guaranteed.
Packages and unused sessions must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated. After six months, any remaining sessions expire and are forfeited with no refund or credit.
Scope, No Guarantees, and Client Responsibility
Coaching with ProEvolv provides support, strategy, and professional development related to career growth, branding, communication, and workplace performance.
ProEvolv does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional services, and coaching is not a substitute for such services.
While coaching can support clarity, confidence, and performance, ProEvolv does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to job offers, promotions, salary increases, or business results. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Confidentiality, Recordings, and Materials
ProEvolv treats coaching conversations and client information as confidential and will not share them with third parties except where required by law, where there is a concern about potential harm, or with the client’s explicit consent.
Sessions are not recorded by ProEvolv, and clients are not permitted to record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent.
All materials, frameworks, and resources provided by ProEvolv are for the client’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed without written permission.
Agreement
By booking and paying for services through Paperbell, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
