1. Coaching Services

Renewed Mind Coaching provides faith-centered coaching, emotional wellness support, encouragement, educational resources, and personal development services designed to support individuals navigating grief, trauma, life transitions, and emotional healing.
Coaching services are intended to support personal growth and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, or crisis intervention services.

2. No Professional Mental Health Services

Renewed Mind Coaching does not provide:
  • Licensed mental health counseling 
  • Psychological services 
  • Medical treatment 
  • Psychiatric diagnosis 
  • Emergency crisis care 
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or severe emotional distress, please contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional immediately.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that personal results depend on individual participation, commitment, and willingness to apply coaching guidance and strategies.
Renewed Mind Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect safety.

5. Appointments & Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to receive the full value of each session.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required prior to the start of coaching services unless otherwise agreed upon.
Due to the nature of coaching services and digital materials, refunds are generally not provided once services have begun or materials have been delivered.
Payment plans may be available for selected programs.

8. Group Coaching Participation 

Group coaching programs are designed to create a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment. Participants agree to:
  • Treat others with respect 
  • Maintain confidentiality 
  • Avoid disruptive or harmful behavior 
Renewed Mind Coaching reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct negatively impacts the group experience.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Renewed Mind Coaching, including:
  • Workbooks 
  • Journals 
  • PDFs 
  • Videos 
  • Website content 
  • Coaching materials 
  • Branding and logos are the intellectual property of Renewed Mind Coaching and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:
  • Misuse website content 
  • Attempt unauthorized access 
  • Use the site for unlawful purposes 
  • Reproduce materials without permission 

11. Limitation of Liability
