Terms and Conditions
Pure Joy Child
September 16, 2026
Welcome, and thank you for choosing to work with Pure Joy Child. These Terms and Conditions explain how my services work, what you can expect from me, and what I ask of you. Please read them carefully. By registering for, purchasing, or taking part in any Pure Joy Child service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
In these terms, "Pure Joy Child," "I," "me," and "my" refer to Pure Joy Child, LLC, owned and operated by Oleksandra (Sasha) Anopina. "You" and "your" refer to the person registering for or using my services.
1. Services These Terms Cover
These terms apply to every service Pure Joy Child offers, including:
- Free workshops, discovery calls and webinars, held live online or in person
- Group programs, including the Mama + Baby Nurture Neuroscience Circle and any future circles or group offerings
- One-on-one sleep support, including the Foundation Session, The Shift Experience, The Deep Dive Experience, and any other individual consultations or packages
- Digital products and resources, including guides, downloads, templates, sleep and feeding logs, and other materials, whether free or paid
- Content and communications, including my website, newsletter, and social media
Some services have additional details, such as dates, pricing, or what's included, listed on their own sales or registration pages. If there is a conflict between those details and these terms, the details specific to that service apply.
2. Education and Support Only
All Pure Joy Child services are provided for educational and supportive purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not mental health treatment, therapy, or counselling, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
I am a certified Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner and children's sleep coach. I am not a physician, nurse, lactation consultant, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider. I do not diagnose or treat any medical, developmental, or mental health condition in children or adults.
Working with me does not create a healthcare provider–patient relationship or a therapist–client relationship.
3. Your Child's Health and Safe Sleep
Before starting any sleep support with me, and before making changes to your child's sleep, feeding, or sleep environment, please consult your child's pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider, especially if your child was born early, has a medical condition, or has any feeding or breathing concerns.
If I notice something that I believe needs medical attention, I'll let you know and encourage you to contact your child's healthcare provider. Doing so is a recommendation to seek care and is never a diagnosis.
Any information I share about sleep environments, including room sharing, bedsharing, and safe sleep practices, is educational. You are solely responsible for choosing and maintaining a safe sleep environment for your child.
If you're ever worried about your child's breathing, temperature, feeding, weight, alertness, or general wellbeing, contact your pediatrician right away. In an emergency, call 911.
4. Your Own Wellbeing
The early years of parenthood can bring up deep emotions, and my work often touches on stress, the nervous system, and parental mental health. My services are not designed to support anyone through a mental health condition or crisis.
If something comes up that needs more support than I can offer, I'll gently let you know and help you find an appropriate professional. If you're struggling with your mood, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or your sense of safety, please contact your healthcare provider or one of these free, confidential resources available across the United States:
- National Maternal Mental Health Hotline: call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262)
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988
- Postpartum Support International HelpLine: 1-800-944-4773
- Emergencies: call 911
5. Personal Responsibility and No Guarantees
Every child and every family is different, and sleep is shaped by development, health, temperament, and circumstance. I can't promise or guarantee any particular result, including changes to how long or how often your child sleeps.
You are fully responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take for yourself and your family, including any based on information or guidance I provide.
6. One-on-One Support
When you work with me individually, I ask that you:
- Share accurate and complete information about your child's health, history, and sleep, and let me know promptly if anything changes
- Keep your child's healthcare providers involved in their care
- Complete any intake forms, logs, or check-ins that your package includes
Communication between sessions. Packages that include messaging support are answered Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Central Time, usually within one business day. Messaging is not monitored around the clock and must never be used for urgent or emergency concerns.
Package timeframes. Each package must be used within its stated timeframe. Unused sessions or support time expire at the end of that period [unless we agree otherwise in writing].
7. Payments, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of booking [unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon]. Prices are listed on each service's page and may change, but any change will never affect a service you've already purchased.
Rescheduling one-on-one sessions. You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice may be rescheduled once at my discretion. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled. I understand that life with a small child is unpredictable, and I'll always do my best to be flexible when I can.
If I need to reschedule. If I have to cancel or reschedule, I'll let you know as early as possible and offer a new time. If we can't find a suitable time, you'll receive a refund for that session.
Refunds.
- One-on-one packages: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no sessions have taken place. Once support has begun, packages are non-refundable.
- Group programs: Refunds are available until 7 days before the first session. After that, registrations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to another eligible participant.
- Digital products: Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final.
- Free events: No payment is taken, so no refunds apply.
Programs held with partners. Some group programs are held in partnership with a venue, which may handle registration and payment. In those cases, the venue's payment and refund policies apply alongside these terms.
8. Group Programs and Events
Confidentiality. People often share personal experiences in groups. You agree to keep what other participants share private, both during and after the program.
Respect. Please treat everyone with kindness and respect. I reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others, without a refund.
Babies are welcome. Babies are warmly welcome at my in-person groups and events. You remain fully responsible for your child's care and safety at all times, including while at the venue.
Illness. To protect the babies and families in the room, please stay home if you or your baby has a fever, a contagious illness, or symptoms of one.
In-person venues. When a program takes place at a partner venue, you agree to follow that venue's rules and policies, and you take part at your own risk.
Missed sessions. Group sessions can't be refunded or made up individually when missed, but any materials shared with the group will still be available to you.
9. Recordings and Privacy
Workshops and webinars may be recorded. When they are, I'll say so on the registration page and at the start of the session. If your camera or microphone is on during a recorded portion, your image, voice, display name, chat messages, and anything visible on your screen, including your baby, may appear in the recording. You're always welcome to keep your camera and microphone off. Recordings are shared only with registered participants and are available for a limited time.
Group programs such as circles are not recorded.
One-on-one sessions may be recorded only with your permission, for the purpose of taking notes using an AI tool.
Please don't record, photograph, or screenshot any session, other participants, or their children, and please don't share any recording or session link with others.
Your information. I keep your personal and family information confidential and won't share it without your permission, except where required by law, including when I have reason to believe a child is at risk of harm, when there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or when legally compelled to disclose it. For details on how I collect, use, and store information, please see my
Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials I provide, including slides, handouts, guides, session notes, templates, recordings, videos, and written content, are owned by Pure Joy Child or used with permission, including materials based on the Nurture Neuroscience curriculum. They are protected by copyright and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, share, sell, teach, publish, or adapt these materials without my written permission.
11. Feedback and Testimonials
I may ask for your feedback after working together. I will only share your words publicly, such as on my website or social media, with your permission, and in the way you agreed to, such as with your first name or anonymously. I will never share your child's name or identifying details without your written consent.
12. Communications
By registering for or purchasing a service, you agree to receive emails about that service, such as confirmations, calendar invitations, reminders, recordings, and follow-ups.
13. Technology and Third-Party Services
My services use third-party platforms such as Paperbell, Zoom, Google Workspace, and others. These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for their availability or practices. You are responsible for your own internet connection and devices.
I may also share outside resources, such as books, websites, and organizations. They're offered for your information, and I'm not responsible for their content.
14. Limitation of Liability and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Pure Joy Child, Oleksandra (Sasha) Anopina, and their representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind arising from your use of Pure Joy Child services or any information shared through them. Where liability can't be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
You voluntarily take part in Pure Joy Child services and release Pure Joy Child and Oleksandra (Sasha) Anopina from any claims arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
