1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees paid for monthly coaching packages and individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once paid. Services and monthly package fees are paid in advance of coaching sessions being provided. 

Clients may reschedule a coaching session without penalty by providing notice via the website scheduling platform at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be treated as a "No Show," and the cost/credit associated with that session will be forfeited.

Stratavita Coaching, LLC provides one-on-one remote skills coaching in strategic product management, professional growth, goal setting, and career development via video conferencing. 

Coaching is a subjective process. Stratavita Coaching, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, financial gains, or personal development goals. Coaching services do not constitute therapy, legal advice, or accounting advice, and are never a substitute for licensed professional services.

Payment Terms

Coaching package fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or per-package basis via valid credit/debit card or ACH debit.

Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, frameworks, and content provided during coaching sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Stratavita Coaching, LLC and are protected by copyright law. Clients may not copy, distribute, or commercially reproduce any materials.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claims related to coaching services is limited to the total fee paid for the specific month in which the claim arose.
