1. Nature of Services
Lavender Healing and Holistic provides professional life and wellness coaching, somatic alignment education, and wellness strategy. All services are future-focused, action-oriented, and intended to support personal growth and mindfulness. Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis services. It does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health disorders, and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are entirely responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, as well as all decisions and actions resulting from coaching. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate support from licensed healthcare professionals.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary exercises, audio recordings, and custom digital resources—including the LavPrint™ roadmap—are the sole intellectual property of Lavender Healing and Holistic and are provided strictly for individual, personal use. They may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
4. Policies & Payments
Payment is due prior to services unless a formal installment plan is agreed upon.
- Cancellations: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule, or the session is forfeited.
- Final Sale: Due to immediate digital asset delivery and custom scheduling, all package purchases and monthly installment payments are final sale and non-refundable. Clients on payment plans remain fully responsible for all remaining installments (unless otherwise discussed).
