Subscription Package Session Expiration Policy

1. Session Validity and Expiration
All sessions included in your subscription package must be used within the immediate calendar month following your billing date. Any unused sessions at the end of this billing cycle will automatically expire and be forfeited.

2. No Rollovers or Extensions
  • Strict Expiration: Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
  • No Accumulation: You cannot accumulate or stack sessions from previous months.
  • No Refunds: No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued for any sessions that are forfeited due to non-use.

3. Client Responsibility & Scheduling
  • Booking Priority: It is the sole responsibility of the client to schedule and attend all sessions included in their package before the monthly expiration date. Unveiled Self does not guarantee slot availability for last-minute bookings. We highly recommend scheduling your sessions well in advance.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: All session changes, cancellations, and rescheduling are strictly governed by the specific rules outlined in the contract you signed when signing up for your subscription.
  • Forfeiture: Failing to cancel or reschedule a session in accordance with your signed contract will result in that session being counted as used and forfeited.
