1.      Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Robert K. Lomas to any Client’s By booking, paying for, or participating in any service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

We offer Spiritual Life Coaching, Talking Treatment/Therapy, Holistic and Spiritual Awareness Groups/Sessions, delivered in person or online. These services are for personal development and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice or treatment.

You must be 18+ or have guardian consent if you are younger. You agree the services are suitable for you. If you are in crisis or have serious mental health concerns, seek appropriate professional help

·         Service fees are published on our pricing page and may be updated.

·         New clients: Free 30‑minute discovery call; full payment for the remainder of the session at the end.

·         Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session require full payment.

·         Fees are generally non‑refundable once the service begins, except at our discretion.

·         Run in 6‑week blocks.

·         Full payment required for the block.

·         Missed sessions can be made up in the same week; alternative PDF materials may be provided.

6. Confidentiality
All coaching and reading sessions are confidential, except where required by law (e.g., imminent harm).

7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or results. Our liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
