WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to the website of GCMExecs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, packages, or AI-integrated workflows (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services & AI Disclaimer

The Company provides small business consulting, AI strategy execution, and autonomous AI agent deployment (including but not limited to LinkedIn Growth Engines, Sales Coaching, and Organic Growth workflows).

  • Nature of AI Technology: You explicitly acknowledge that the Services utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and autonomous agents. By nature, AI technologies are evolving and can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended outputs (commonly referred to as "hallucinations" or system glitches).

  • No Technical Infallibility: While we strive to build high-performing bespoke models, we do not guarantee that AI agents will operate completely error-free or without interruption.

  • Appointments: Rescheduling is generally discouraged, so please only book appointments that you’re confident you’ll be able to make. Of course, we understand that life happens and sometimes changes are inevitable. However, no-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling.

  • Purchases, Fees, and Refunds
    • Distinct Terms for Separate Purchases: Each service package, autonomous AI agent deployment, or consulting engagement you purchase from the Company is governed by its own specific service agreement, statement of work, or checkout terms. By completing a purchase, you agree to the specific terms and conditions tied to that individual transaction, which shall supersede any conflicting general provisions in these Website Terms.
    • Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our strategic consults and the immediate computational and operational resources required to deploy autonomous AI workflows, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your specific service agreement.

2. Errors and Omissions Disclaimer

  • "As-Is" Basis: All information, content, AI workflows, and software tools provided on or through this website are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Information Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure the information on this website and within our strategic consults is accurate. However, the Company does not warrant that any content, AI-generated messaging, data analysis, or market insights are completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Patrick E Alcorn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of (or inability to use) our AI systems.

  • Errors, omissions, or misstatements made by autonomous AI agents during live client outreach, LinkedIn growth sequences, or automated sales workflows.

  • Any technical disruptions, platform algorithm changes (e.g., LinkedIn policy updates), or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

Crucial Note: In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our Services exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patrick E Alcorn and any affiliates, employees, or independent contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the deployed AI agents, or any business decisions made based on AI-generated "after-action reports" or consults.

5. Client Responsibility

As the "commander" of your business, you retain final oversight over all automated workflows, customer-facing communications, and sales strategies. It is your sole responsibility to review, audit, and approve the output of any deployed AI agents to ensure compliance with your own industry regulations, brand guidelines, and third-party platform terms of service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
