Who we are. Harrison & Company is a trade name of A2Z Consulting Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These terms govern every purchase of our digital products and consulting services.

What we provide. We sell business consulting services and digital tools for small food businesses, including downloadable products, guided working sessions, and done for you builds. Descriptions, inclusions, and current pricing for every offering appear on our booking site at the time of purchase.

Payment. All prices are in US dollars and due at purchase through our booking platform.

Digital products: all sales final. Digital downloads cannot be returned. All sales of digital products are final. In exchange, we make this commitment: if a digital product has a technical problem, contact us through your client portal and we will fix it with you promptly at no charge.

Sessions: cancellations and rescheduling. Scheduled sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice before the session start time. Each purchased session may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, or miss a session without any communication, that session and its payment are forfeited.

Done For You engagements. The build timeline stated at kickoff begins the day your final required document is received, confirmed by us in writing. Delays in providing materials extend the timeline accordingly. Projects with no client communication for 14 days are paused, not canceled, and resume when materials arrive. Work beyond the scope agreed at kickoff is quoted separately before it is performed. The engagement concludes at delivery plus the stated follow-up.

Your license to our products. Digital products are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or republish them. Product protections that safeguard formulas and branding may not be circumvented.

Not professional advice. Our services and products provide business education and consulting based on operational experience. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult licensed professionals for those matters.

No guaranteed results. Business outcomes depend on many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, or any specific result.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Digital products: all sales are final. Every tool is described in full before purchase, and technical issues are always fixed free. Contact us through your client portal and we will make it work.

Sessions: not refundable, but flexible. Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice at no cost. Two reschedules per session. No-shows without communication forfeit the session.

What we collect. Information you provide when purchasing or booking: your name, contact details, payment information (processed by our booking platform, never stored by us), your intake survey answers, files you upload to your client portal, and notes from our sessions.

How we use it. To deliver what you purchased, prepare for your sessions, personalize your deliverables, communicate about your purchase, and improve our services. We track client industries in aggregate to understand who we serve.

Who sees it. Your information lives in Paperbell, our client management platform, which processes it under its own privacy policy. Files you upload are visible only to you and us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.

Your choices. You may request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by contacting us through your client portal. Transactional emails about your purchase are part of service delivery.
