Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Masculine Gent LLC ("Coach," "Company," "we," or "our") and the undersigned client ("Client").

By signing this Agreement or purchasing coaching services, the Client agrees to the following:

Purpose

The Masculine Gent provides educational, motivational, accountability, and personal development coaching designed to help clients grow physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, and socially.

Coaching is intended to support personal growth and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advising, medical treatment, or psychological treatment.

Eligibility

The Client confirms they are at least 18 years of age.

If coaching is provided to a minor, the Client confirms they are the legal parent or guardian and consent to the minor's participation.

Virtual Coaching

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed.

The Client is responsible for:

- A reliable internet connection
- A working microphone and camera when requested
- A quiet environment free from distractions
- Arriving on time

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through the approved booking system.

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments missed without proper notice may be forfeited.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals do not extend the session length.

Payments

Payment is due before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

Unless required by law or otherwise approved in writing by The Masculine Gent LLC, coaching sessions, packages, and subscriptions are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

Information discussed during coaching will remain confidential except when disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual Property

All worksheets, programs, guides, videos, recordings, and materials remain the exclusive property of The Masculine Gent LLC.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share these materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, The Masculine Gent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
