Before you purchase…

Prior to purchasing a package, please be sure to send photos & a detailed description of the space(s) you are interested in working on together. If your project is incompatible with the services I offer, I will let you know ASAP so you can find another company/provider who is a better fit 🙂

Please note that:
  • Pricing is non-negotiable.
  • Payment in non-refundable.
If you are unsure how much time you will need - I encourage you to book a 15 minute intro call with me here.

Scheduling

  • Your sessions do not expire.
  • Please do not book more than two sessions per week.
  • If you need to cancel or adjust an upcoming session, please do so as early as possible. With that said, I know how unpredictable life can be at times, so I do my best to remain as flexible as possible.
    My current policy allows you to make schedule changes up until to 2 hours prior to your appointment start time.
    If you cancel a session within 2 hours of your appointment's start time, you will lose the session. 

Project Policy

  • If a project is incongruent with the photos and description originally provided, HALO has the right to refuse fulfilling the agreed upon project. You will not receive any financial reimbursement in such cases.
