Method & Matrix — Terms, Conditions & Client Policies
Booking & Retainers: All diagnostic sessions, intensive pathways, and multi-month programs require full payment or an agreed-upon structured deposit at the time of booking to secure your placement.
Rescheduling & Cancellation: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all sessions, intensive pathways, and multi-month program check-ins to reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
Confidentiality & Professional Boundary: All insights, strategic roadmaps, and diagnostic frameworks shared during your engagement are proprietary to Method & Matrix and tailored exclusively for your personal or professional growth.
Scope of Service: Method & Matrix engagements are structured for strategic guidance, personal optimization, and coaching support. They do not substitute for medical, legal, or licensed clinical mental health treatment.
