Terms and conditions
Welcome to Becoming Wildly Beautiful. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase or participation in coaching services, programs, sessions, digital resources, workshops, or other services offered by Becoming Wildly Beautiful (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, booking a coaching session, purchasing a service, or participating in one of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Coaching Services
Becoming Wildly Beautiful provides Christian life coaching services designed to support personal growth, clarity, identity development, goal setting, healthy decision-making, and the process of identifying and breaking unhealthy patterns and cycles.
Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and results.
2. Coaching Is Not Therapy
Life coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, or another licensed healthcare service.
Although coaching conversations may include personal experiences, relationships, emotional challenges, past experiences, faith, and areas of personal growth, coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental health or medical condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you need psychological, psychiatric, medical, or other professional treatment, you should seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional.
3. Christian & Faith-Based Coaching
Becoming Wildly Beautiful is a Christian coaching practice. Coaching may incorporate Christian principles, prayer, Scripture, faith-based reflection, and discussions regarding spiritual growth when appropriate.
Participation in coaching does not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, relational, professional, financial, or other outcome.
Our coaching services are not intended to replace pastoral counseling, professional mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.
4. No Guarantees
Every person’s journey is different. Your success depends on many factors, including your participation, decisions, consistency, circumstances, and willingness to implement what you learn.
While Becoming Wildly Beautiful is committed to providing support, encouragement, accountability, tools, and guidance, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Testimonials, examples, and client experiences shared on our website, social media platforms, or marketing materials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.
5. Client Responsibility
By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:
- Your own physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial well-being.
- Your decisions and actions before, during, and after coaching.
- Determining whether coaching is appropriate for your circumstances.
- Seeking qualified professional assistance when an issue falls outside the scope of coaching.
- Completing agreed-upon exercises or action steps when applicable.
- Communicating honestly and participating actively in the coaching process.
Your coach provides guidance, encouragement, accountability, and support but does not make decisions on your behalf.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments should be scheduled through the booking system provided by Becoming Wildly Beautiful.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund of the session fee, with the remaining 50% retained as a late-cancellation fee.
No-shows and missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable and will result in the full session fee being retained.
Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Becoming Wildly Beautiful in cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.
If Becoming Wildly Beautiful must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative appointment time.
7. Payments & Refunds
Payment for coaching sessions, packages, programs, workshops, digital resources, or other paid services is due according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Except for the cancellation provisions described above or where otherwise stated in writing, completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
For coaching packages, programs, workshops, memberships, or digital products, any additional refund or cancellation terms presented at checkout or in your individual coaching agreement will apply.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing, payment, cancellation, and refund terms before completing a purchase.
8. Free Clarity Calls
A free clarity call is an introductory conversation intended to help you gain initial clarity and determine whether coaching with Becoming Wildly Beautiful may be a good fit for you.
A free clarity call does not establish an ongoing coaching relationship and is not intended to provide therapy, crisis intervention, medical advice, legal advice, or comprehensive coaching services.
There is no obligation to purchase coaching services following a clarity call.
9. Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. Becoming Wildly Beautiful will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions.
However, confidentiality is subject to applicable legal requirements and may be limited where disclosure is required by law, court order, or another legal obligation.
Additional confidentiality expectations may be included in an individual coaching agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, all original materials provided through Becoming Wildly Beautiful—including worksheets, exercises, coaching frameworks, videos, written materials, graphics, course content, downloads, and website content—are owned by or licensed to Becoming Wildly Beautiful and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

15. Age Requirement
Our coaching services and website are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, unless Becoming Wildly Beautiful expressly agrees in writing to provide a particular service to a minor with appropriate parental or legal guardian consent.
16. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Becoming Wildly Beautiful reserves the right to decline or discontinue a coaching relationship when we reasonably determine that coaching is outside our scope of practice, the coaching relationship is no longer appropriate or productive, there has been abusive or threatening behavior, payment obligations have not been met, or another qualified professional would be better suited to the client’s needs.
Any applicable refund will be determined according to the terms of the service purchased and applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
Becoming Wildly Beautiful may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Any changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted on our website with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
