Welcome to Faithful Journey Life Coaching! I am happy to have you as a client and feel honored to be a part of this journey with you! It is important to begin our relationship with a clear understanding about our work together, so that we can focus on achieving the outcomes you desire. Please read this agreement carefully before signing.

Coaching is a professional partnership in which we work together to clarify areas that you would like to improve and in which you would like to work toward achieving your desired outcomes.  Coaching is different from therapy in that we will address any obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals, but we will not engage in therapy or any psychological area that requires training and licensing. It is also important to note that coaching is not a substitute for your primary care physician. No medical advice will be provided during the coaching session.

Scheduling & Sessions  
All sessions must be scheduled through Paperbell. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions  
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without communication are considered completed and will result in a 25.00 fee.

All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being provided. After payment, you will receive a receipt as proof of payment and for your records. A link or invoice will be sent for payment.

Refunds  
Coaching packages are non‑refundable once the first session has begun. If you have concerns, please reach out — I’m committed to supporting you.

Group Coaching  
Group coaching sessions begin on the scheduled start date. Because this is a cohort experience, missed sessions cannot be made up individually.

Confidentiality  
Everything shared in coaching — both 1:1 and group — is confidential. In group settings, each participant agrees to honor and protect one another’s privacy.
Your identity as a coaching client and all communications between us will be held as strictly confidential, to the extent permitted by law, unless you give me express permission to disclose specific information.

While the coach-client relationship is not privileged and I may be required to disclose confidential information in a legal proceeding, it is highly unlikely that this will occur. In the event that there is evidence that you are a potential danger to yourself or another, or that you disclose illegal activity, I am ethically bound to report it to the appropriate authority.

Client Responsibility  
Your growth depends on your willingness to participate, reflect, and engage in the process. You agree to take personal responsibility for your decisions and actions.
You understand that you are responsible for keeping the agreements stated in this document, as well as any actions you take as a result of coaching, and for maintaining your own well-being. I ask you to take responsibility for creating value and results for yourself, to ask for what you want in each session, and to give me feedback about what works or doesn’t work for you, so that I can be most effective in assisting you.

Termination of this agreement may occur at the discretion of the coach when an impasse is reached with the client. As long as the client adheres to the Coaching Success Guidelines and the coach adheres to professional practices and standards, the relationship will continue. 

Examples of terminable offenses:

· Lack of payment

· Lack of adherence to Coaching Terms and Conditions

Technology 
Sessions are hosted via Google Meet. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space for our time together.
Electronic Communications
 By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to receive communication electronically, including session links, reminders, resources, and coaching materials. All virtual sessions are conducted through Google Meet. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a stable internet connection and checking your email for updates related to your coaching package. 

During the coaching process, I may assign you materials that are copyrighted by Fern Gorin and The Life Purpose Institute. Please note that these are for your use only and may not be shared in any form, printed or electronic, with any third party.
