Welcome to the Absolute Happiness Coaching website and booking platform (the “Site”), operated by Andrea Tolbert of Absolute Happiness Psychotherapy and Consultation, PLLC (“AHPC,” “we,” “us,” or “Coach”). By visiting this Site, booking a Discovery Call, or purchasing any coaching offering, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before using the Site or booking services.

By accessing this Site or purchasing any offering through it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the specific Client Agreement for whichever offering you purchase (see Section 4).

Absolute Happiness Coaching provides life and wellbeing coaching. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice, and it does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of any mental or medical health condition. Although Andrea Tolbert is also a licensed psychotherapist, she can only act as either your coach or your therapist — never both at the same time — and this Site offers coaching services only. If you are seeking psychotherapy, including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), that is a separate clinical service governed by its own intake and consent process, not this Site or these Terms.

Coaching results depend on your own participation and circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from any coaching offering.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this Site by, anyone else. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or any account that is not your own.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of this Site at any time without notice.

This Site allows you to book Discovery Calls and purchase coaching offerings, including single sessions, packages, the recurring Membership, and the Video Library. Details of what each offering includes — and the specific terms that apply to it, including scheduling, cancellation, refunds, and payment — are set out in the individual Client Agreement you review and sign at the time of purchase for that offering. Where anything in a signed Client Agreement differs from these general Terms & Conditions, the Client Agreement governs for that offering.

Discovery Calls are complimentary and do not create a coaching relationship; a coaching relationship begins once a paid offering is purchased and its Client Agreement is signed.

Payments made through this Site are processed securely through Stripe. AHPC and Andrea Tolbert do not store your card or payment information directly; it is entered and held by Stripe under its own security and privacy practices.

All content on this Site and within any Absolute Happiness offering — including the Absolute Happiness Video Library, the 4 Pillars of Wellness™ framework, worksheets, emails, session materials, and this Site’s text, graphics, and design — is the property of Andrea Tolbert/Absolute Happiness Psychotherapy and Consultation, PLLC, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

•  Do not copy, redistribute, re-upload, or resell any Site or Video Library content.

•  Do not broadcast, stream, or publicly perform any video or material from this Site.

•  Materials are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Unauthorized use of this content may result in termination of your access and legal action.

We take your privacy seriously. Information you share with us is used to provide and administer your coaching services, as described in the Client Agreement for your specific offering. We do not sell your personal information. Scheduling, payment, and communication on this Site may run through third-party platforms (such as Paperbell and Stripe), each of which maintains its own security and privacy practices.

General Site and billing inquiries are typically answered within 1–2 business days by email at andrea.tolbert@absolutehappinesspsychotherapy.com. Communication specific to an active coaching relationship follows the terms of your Client Agreement.

Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, income, relationship, health, or life outcome from using this Site or any Absolute Happiness offering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHPC and Andrea Tolbert are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this Site or any offering purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the offering giving rise to the claim.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site we do not operate.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site will be handled in the courts of the State of Maine.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use this Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
