Sample Terms & Conditions 

  • Services: I will provide coaching services as described on the package page. Sessions are delivered via the methods listed in the package description.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed through Paperbell and subject to their checkout flow.
  • Scheduling & Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before a session may be treated as a late cancellation and could be charged.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session are eligible for a refund minus any processing fees. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of the first session, except at the coach’s discretion.
  • No Guarantees: While I’ll do my best to support your progress, I can’t guarantee results. Outcomes depend on client engagement and other factors.
  • Confidentiality: Sessions are confidential. I will not share client information except where required by law.
  • Communication: I’ll respond to messages within 48 business hours. Emergency support is not provided.
  • Liability: My liability is limited to the amount paid for the package. I’m not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].
