Individual or Couples Coaching Session
- Begin with a quick introduction and clarify the purpose of the session: a “relationship health check.” This sets the stage for open, non-judgmental communication.
- Identify a few aspects you feel are going well in their relationship. This might include teamwork, mutual respect, or shared values.
- Share one or two specific areas you feel “stuck” in, focusing on describing the issue rather than assigning blame.
- Explore underlying patterns that may be contributing to current struggles. Discuss any recurring themes, like communication gaps or assumptions you or both of you may hold about the other’s needs.
- Identify one belief or assumption that might be contributing to the tension, fostering insight into your partner’s perspective.
- Select an area of struggle to focus on. We will brainstorm a few practical solutions you can start implementing immediately.
- Therapist/coach to provide insight and intervention suggestions
- Summarize key insights from the session and agreed-upon action steps.
- Suggestions for further support, whether it’s additional sessions, regular check-ins, books, or other resources.
- This is the start of small, sustainable changes that can strengthen your connection over time.
Testimonials
Bryon blends a light-hearted personality with a carefully crafted thought process to each session. My wife and I always take something useful away from each session and are able to make applications as soon as we get home. He truly cares about helping us and it shows in the little details such as asking us to repeat things because he doesn't want to forget it, sharing resources and even sending us little cards checking in on us even after we stoppped attending. I would definitely recommend Bryon to anyone who is struggling in their relationship.

It takes a bit for me to trust people in the helping professions because they all seem to promise he same thing...an improved relationship, happiness, blah blah blah. But Bryon doesn't over-promise and under-deliver. He is a straight shooter that speaks to the importance of doing "intentional work," not hard work. He is compassionate and patient but also urged us to take steps on a daily or at least weekly basis to move the needle of closeness in our relationship. His warm and creative style made it easy and invititing to work with him. He made my husband feel supported from the moment he complimented his football jersey to reminding him that talking is not the only way to improve our relationship. We are deeply grateful for finding Bryon and having him move our relationship toward a place of deeper emotional, physical and sexual closeness!
