This program is introductory, so we will activate the primary actions in the basic edition, so in these 21 days action steps it will become habit, opening the way to more in depth practices that are designed to allow you to become attuned with your physicality through the process of grounding,  This process include walking barefoot on grass, soil, or sand, or by using grounding equipment like mats or sheets. The goal is to allow the natural energy from the Earth to flow into your body, helping to balance and rejuvenate your system.
