Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you, explore what’s been getting in the way, and create a clear, sustainable path forward. With support and structure across four sessions, you'll build the confidence and momentum needed to keep going.

How often are sessions scheduled?
You can schedule your four sessions over 6–8 weeks, depending on your pace and preferences. Weekly or biweekly sessions are common, but we’ll create a schedule that works for you and keeps the momentum going.
What if I need support between session?
You’ll have optional email or text check-ins between sessions. Whether you want to celebrate a win, ask a quick question, or need accountability, I’m here to support you between calls.
Do I have to have clear goals before starting?
Not at all! We’ll use the first session to explore what matters most to you and clarify your focus. Many clients come in unsure and leave with a direction they feel confident about.
Can I continue coaching after the 4 sessions are over?
Yes! Many clients choose to continue with a follow-up package or upgrade to a 6-session plan. We’ll revisit your progress in the final session and talk about what kind of support would best serve you next.
Are payment plans available for this package?
Yes! Flexible payment options are available to make coaching more accessible. You can choose to pay in full or break the total into two or three installments, depending on what works best for your budget.
