The Path to Premier Coach is a focused, three‑month mentor coaching experience designed for new and renewing ICF coaches who are ready to elevate their skills and confidence. This program helps you master the two competencies that make or break great coaching—Competency 3: Establishes and Maintains Agreements and Competency 8: Facilitates Client Growth.
In this live, interactive journey, you’ll meet your ICF mentor coaching requirements while gaining the mastery, clarity, and confidence to coach at a professional standard. Expect transformational growth as you refine your presence, deepen your partnerships, and learn to facilitate outcomes that create lasting impact for clients.

- 7 Live Hours of Group Mentor Coaching (ICF Compliant)
Complete five dynamic sessions: four 90‑minute mentor coaching and practice calls, plus one focused 60‑minute peer lab. Each is designed to strengthen your skill, sharpen your awareness, and elevate your confidence in real coaching scenarios. - 3 Live Hours of Individual Mentor Coaching (ICF Compliant)
Receive three 60‑minute private mentor coaching sessions with detailed, actionable feedback aligned to the ICF Core Competencies. You’ll leave each conversation clear on your next steps for growth and ready to integrate what you learn into your real‑world coaching. - Competency Mastery Tracker
Use a visual growth tracker to see your development across key coaching competencies. This dynamic tool helps you measure, reflect, and celebrate your progress as you move toward ICF accreditation or renewal.
Program at a Glance
- Program: The Path to Premier – competency-specific mentor coaching focused on ICF Core Competencies 3 and 8.
- Duration: 3 months
- Group Dates/Times: Wednesdays at 6:30 – 8:00 pm CT
(January 28, 2026, February 11, 2026, February 25, 2026, March 11, 2026, March 25, 2026) + 3 hours of individual mentoring = 10 hours fully align with ICF’s mentor coaching
- Modality: Live online via Zoom
- Cohort Size: Limited to 12 participants (4 groups of 3) for high-touch interaction and accountability.
Expectations for Participation
To receive full mentor coaching credit and get the most from this experience:
- Engagement: Attend live sessions with your camera on, ready to learn, reflect, and contribute to the cohort.
- Practice Labs: Come prepared to coach, be coached, and observe during practice labs; these are essential to your development.
- Outside Practice (1–2 hours/week): Plan to coach 1–2 hours outside of class; you will submit coaching recordings that we will review together during your 1:1 mentor coaching sessions.
- Materials & Portal: This Paperbell portal will be used to access materials and the group sessions.
