Who needs stress resilience coaching?
Any adult who is spending too much time overwhelmed, or is having trouble managing their stress, could benefit from stress resilience coaching. Resilience doesn’t mean never being affected by the tough things life sends us, it’s about how well we get back up when life knocks us down. Stress resilience coaching helps us bounce back better from stress, and prevent burnout (or come back faster if we're already burnt out).
Teenagers can also benefit from stress resilience coaching, but at the moment I’m only taking teens at my workshops, not for individual coaching.

Do you offer sliding scale payments?
Yes! Just use a coupon code with the percentage you can pay: SLIDE90, SLIDE80, etc. If the lowest level still feels out of your reach, I keep a couple of slots in my calendar for people in very tight circumstances. Contact me to see if that's available.

Yes! I take credit/debit card payments through Stripe, and I offer both the option to pay for longer term packages over time and a discount for paying upfront. Also look at the FAQ answer about sliding scale payments - I offer options for a lot of different budget situations.
