Why do I need to verify my email?
Paperbell uses this to create your secure client account so you can access your session details, signed contract, and post-session resources all in one place.
Why do I have to sign an agreement?
It's not as scary as it looks. It just sets out what we're both agreeing to, confidentiality, how the session works, and what happens if either of us needs to reschedule. It protects you as much as it protects me, and it takes about two minutes to sign digitally.
Why is it taking so long after I signed?
Paperbell is finalising your contract in the background, it can take up to 30 seconds. The page will refresh automatically, nothing's gone wrong.
How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
Once payment is complete you'll see a success screen and get a confirmation email with your Zoom link and calendar invite. You'll also receive appointment reminders, because life gets busy and squirrels can be distracting!
