New Parent Navigation is meant to fill in the gaps of the support you're already receiving from your maternity care provider(s) and is not intended to replace the advice of a licensed medical professional.
All support and resources are delivered via the Marco Polo app, email, and your Paperbell client account, where your personalized reference library will be stored. Whenever you have a question or are in need of a resource, simply record a message and I will follow up. Marco Polo lets you record live, so I may be able to respond immediately. Otherwise, I'll respond to you as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours but no more than 36 hours.
