One full day on-site, every month. Six 45-minute coaching sessions — one per participant, your coordinator owns the calendar, not me — plus one 90-minute team working session.
Here's the thing about BetterUp, Torch, or whatever's already in the LMS: it's great at scale and terrible at showing up. Virtual, self-serve coaching gets booked in January and abandoned by March. I'm in the building, on the calendar, and the session happens because I'm standing there.
Between visits, participants can reach me by email. Every 30/60/90 days you get a written readout — themes and patterns across the group, never anything said in confidence.

One thing worth saying plainly: the same boundary holds at the seat level. I don't coach someone who's on a PIP, or whose seat exists to document a decision that's already been made rather than actually develop them.

How we'd start: A 15-minute call to see if it's a fit and who's actually in it. Then a 30-minute scope call to name three outcomes you want by day 90, in writing — that's what we measure against.
Signature and first month, then we schedule. Day one on-site within two weeks of signing.
Fine print: First month due at booking, then monthly in advance. After day one, if it's not for you, tell me and I'll refund the remaining months — no conversation required.
