For prospective Leadership Coaching Fellowship participants,

This 30-minute discovery call is a chance to dive deeper into how we can work together, building on the strengths and insights you've already gained from your previous coaching sessions. This call helps us explore whether we’re a good fit to continue your growth journey! ☕🤝

We’ll meet virtually and have a relaxed chat about where you are, what you’ve learned about your strengths from your Clifton 34 and Pairin assessments, and the leadership challenges or goals you're focused on. I’ll listen, offer insights, and together we’ll determine how my coaching approach can support and complement what you’ve already uncovered. 🌼
