This package is for working on specific, targeted goals in a fixed number of sessions. It's best for your momentum to schedule these sessions weekly, but there's flexibility available.

In the first session, we'll put together a picture of your situation and needs, set a goal to work on, and come up with an approach.
In subsequent sessions we'll explore techniques and exercises to incorporate into your daily life, figure out how to make that actually happen, and check in on your progress.
In the final session, we'll observe your progress toward your goal, wrap up any loose ends, and you can decide if you still have work to do.

Please note all sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchasing the package, or they'll expire.

Do you offer sliding scale payments?
Yes! Just use a coupon code with the percentage you can pay: SLIDE90, SLIDE80, etc. If the lowest level still feels out of your reach, I keep a couple of slots in my calendar for people in very tight circumstances. Contact me to see if that's available.
What if my targeted goal package is over, but I have more work to do?
The last session in any targeted package will include a check-in to see your progress. If you want to work on another goal, or do more work on the same goal, you can always purchase another package or switch to an ongoing collaboration plan. Ongoing plans offer my lowest regular rates!
