Give it to the recipient in whatever way works for you, and they can use the code to "pay" when they're signing up for their package. 

I will also send you a coupon code for a discount off your next package, or a rebate off your current month of coaching if you have an existing subscription.

Does someone you care about have a dozen low-effort, high-reward tasks that just stay on their to-do list? I can help them get back the energy to cross it off.

Is someone you care about losing too much time zoned into their phone, self-soothing or distracting themself from unpleasant feelings? I can help them learn to move through it faster so they can get back some of that time.

Is someone you care about so busy putting out fires, they've forgotten why they cared in the first place? I can help them get back in touch with their reasons why. 

This package is for working on specific, targeted goals in a fixed number of sessions. It's best for your momentum to schedule these sessions weekly, but there's flexibility available. 

In the first session, we'll put together a picture of their situation and needs, set a goal to work on, and come up with an approach. 

In subsequent sessions we'll explore techniques and exercises to incorporate into their daily life, figure out how to make that actually happen, and check in on their progress. 

In the final session, we'll observe their progress toward your goal, wrap up any loose ends, and they can decide if they still have work to do.

Please note all sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchasing the package, or they'll expire.
