Who This is For

Is your organization experiencing a business need to leverage the capabilities of a professional coach to build the next generation of leaders in your business, agency, department, or association?  Would your management team benefit from having ad-hoc sessions with an on call experienced coach who has held leadership and managerial roles within the public sector, interagency working groups, professional associations, and nonprofits?  Is your management team looking for a credentialed and battle-tested coach who values trust and confidentiality when sensitive matters are discussed? Is your organization interested in seeking to leverage validated, reliable, and respected assessments that focus on leadership and emotional intelligence at competitive prices? If the answer is yes to any and all of these questions, then you have found a trusted partner with Pinnacle Coaching Services.

What You'll Come Away With

During our 30-minute session, we’ll delve into the nuts and bolts of what your organization is seeking as it relates to coaching services and assessments.  We’ll discuss your entity’s bespoke business needs to include scope, expectations, accessibility, and timeframes.  Based upon the assessment, I’ll offer scaled coaching retainer packages and assessments to choose from, which will be specifically tailored to the needs identified, at an affordable price for the coaching services to be rendered.

The use of coaching retainers is continuing to gain traction within the public and private sectors as a routine business expenditure for training units who shepherd enterprise training functions for organizations.  In light of this, there is also an opportunity to leverage a phased approach when establishing a coaching retainer agreement with your organization.

What to Expect

During our exploration call, I’ll share what my role as a leadership coach entails and provide an overview of the methodology I leverage during my coaching sessions, which cultivates employee empowerment that leads organizational change. I'll also discuss how proven leadership and emotional intelligence assessments can be employed in your organization from a recruitment and professional development perspective.

As with exploratory calls of this nature, there's no obligation to continue beyond our initial consultation—this is simply an opportunity for us to explore options and determine if such a partnership can advance synergy and collaboration to achieve your organization’s goals of bolstering enterprise professional development while leveraging the strategic leadership capabilities of your management team.
