Most of us were never taught how to shift our energy (I know I wasn't!) let alone how to tell what we’re actually working with. And when you’re trying to move an energy that doesn’t belong to you, it won’t budge. So the first thing I do is read your system. The energy that isn’t yours, I clear. Then we put all our attention on what is yours to evolve.
