This 3-part journey is designed to support you in moving through a life transition, emotional block, or healing process with both sacred ritual and practical guidance.
One Sacred Healing Ceremony
Together, we’ll create a Sacred space designed just for you, to release grief, honor a transition (birth, loss, divorce, new beginning), or clear emotional energy that no longer serves you. This powerful ritual helps shift stuck energy and open space for renewal.
Through breathwork, guided meditations, ritual, and embodied practices, you will:
- Process grief, loss, or the challenges of life transitions
- Restore your nervous system and cultivate a sense of safety and grounding
- Reconnect with your inner wisdom, personal power, and divine guidance
- Experience a holistic approach that nurtures mind, body, and soul
Two 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Following your ceremony, we’ll meet for two private coaching sessions. These are designed to help you:
- Integrate the shifts from your ceremony
- Gain clarity around next steps
- Build practical strategies to move forward
- Receive compassionate guidance and support

Sacred Support Circles
As a coaching client, you have free access to any Sacred Support Circles hosted by The Sacred Way. Support circles are for those who have been touched by the weight of life’s storms… for those who carry the scars of burnout, trauma, or unspoken struggles. Here, we honor the soul’s need for rest and allow the magic of presence to guide our healing within community.
*Retreats and co-lead events are not included
THE JOURNEY CONTINUES ONLINE:
*The Tribe of Transformation is a soul-aligned community that offers connection with others walking the Sacred Healing Journey alongside you. Shayla will be accessible within the community for an extra layer of support. Access to digital resources such as workbooks, integration journals, meditations and more will be offered as they are created.

Private coaching sessions are a Sacred container for deep transformation
Coaching offers personalized support for spiritual growth & integration between your Sacred Healing Ceremonies. Circles offer a ceremonial space to be witnessed, unburdened, and supported within community. Through one-on-one spiritual guidance and customized support, coaching is the container for integrating these experiences to awaken, and fully embody the life God is calling you into. Sessions must be booked monthly and do not roll over if unused.
