Trying so hard to give your best, but feeling exhausted and joyless?

You love Jehovah and want to give him your best.

From the outside, you may look like you’re coping. You keep showing up, helping, serving, caring, and getting on with things. But inside, you’re exhausted. No matter how much you do, it never feels like quite enough.

You feel guilty when you slow down. Uneasy when you say no. Stretched thin by responsibilities, quiet expectations, comparison with other sisters, and your own high standards.

You’re managing…just… but you know this pace is not sustainable.

And perhaps the hardest part is this:
You’re trying so hard to do the best you can, but somewhere along the way, you started to lose your joy.

“I just need to push through.”

When you feel guilty, stretched thin, or not quite enough, your first instinct may be to do more.

More effort.
More helping.
More saying yes.
More pushing through.
More trying to keep up.

Your desire to give your best is a beautiful quality. But more effort is not always the right next step. Sometimes more effort simply creates more pressure. More exhaustion.

That’s why I created The Turning Point: Finding Joy Again – to help sisters gently address the pattern underneath the exhaustion, so they can find a more reasonable, sustainable way to serve Jehovah with joy.

The Turning Point: Finding Joy Again

How It Helps

This carefully designed course will help you to:
  • make sense of your exhaustion and loss of joy
  • notice when guilt, pressure, or comparison is shaping your choices
  • recognise the inner messages that make you feel like you’re not doing enough
  • tell the difference between giving your most and giving your best
  • pause before automatically saying yes, pushing harder, fixing, rescuing, or over-preparing
  • understand why rest or slowing down feels uncomfortable
  • choose more reasonable limits without treating them as failure
  • return to a sustainable pace when old patterns pull you back into doing more
  • serve Jehovah with more love, reasonableness, steadiness, and joy

What It Is

The Turning Point: Finding Joy Again is a self-directed course. It is made up of 4 phases with 8 focused parts. The 8 parts of the course are delivered in a simple, manageable sequence.

There are no tests, no live sessions, and no personal support.

You’ll move through the full Turning Point journey privately and gently, at your own pace, with space to think, reflect, and apply in real time.

The Format

PHASE 1: ORIENTATION
Why This Feels So Heavy

Part 1. This Makes Sense
You’ll begin by understanding that your exhaustion and loss of joy are signals, not evidence of spiritual weakness or failure.
This part helps you see the pattern with more kindness and less self-blame.

Part 2. When More Effort Isn’t the Answer
You’ll look at why “trying harder” is not always the right or reasonable next step and why it doesn’t always promote joy.

PHASE 2: RECOGNITION
What Has Been Stealing Joy

Part 3. When “Not Enough” Gets Loud
You’ll begin noticing the inner messages that make you feel like you’re falling short.
This part helps you stop treating every pressure-filled thought as truth.

Part 4. When “Enough” Keeps Moving
You’ll explore how comparison, expectations, and invisible “shoulds” keep you scanning for whether you’re doing enough and why you never quite arrive.
This part helps you see why measuring yourself all the time becomes the thief of joy.

PHASE 3: REFRAMING
Giving Your Best Without Exhausting Yourself

Part 5. “Most” is Not The Same as “Best”
You’ll begin separating maximum output from what a wholehearted, reasonable, sustainable best could look like for you.

Part 6. The Tolerance Limit
You’ll look at why rest, limits, and ease can feel deeply uncomfortable, even when you know you need them.
This part helps you understand that discomfort is not automatic proof that you’re doing something wrong.

PHASE 4: PRACTICE
Returning to Joy in Real Life

Part 7. The Pause
You’ll practise creating a small space before you automatically say yes, push harder, do more, rescue, fix, or give past what is reasonable.
This part helps you understand that a pause is not a no; a pause protects the yes.

Part 8. A Way Back to Joy
You’ll learn how to recognise when old patterns pull you back into giving your most, and how to return to a reasonable, joy-restoring best without self-attack.
This part gives you a way back, again and again.
