This work draws from the same foundation as RenewedHER's individual coaching work, and from our founder's two decades of experience leading at the intersection of executive advisory, organizational strategy, and faith-rooted formation across the federal government, higher education, and global enterprise sectors. She holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science, and the Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation — credentials that ground every engagement in strategic rigor, operational depth, and real-world leadership reality.

Keynote Address. A signature keynote built around the themes most resonant with high-achieving women — identity, sustainability under pressure, leadership, and the cost of performing through depletion. Delivered with executive presence and the kind of clarity that gives the audience language for what they have been carrying without naming it. 

Workshop. A 90-minute to half-day interactive workshop designed to take participants beyond keynote inspiration into applied work — and structured to create real shift in the room.

Half-Day Intensive. A focused four-hour experience for a defined group of women — executive cohorts, women's leadership programs, employee resource groups, or retreat participants. Combines coaching, facilitated discussion, reflection, and practical application around a specific theme your organization wants the women to leave with.

Custom Program. A bespoke engagement built around your organization's specific goals, audience, and timeline.
