what it is

20 dedicated minutes to relax your nervous system and move forward with mindfulness. 
 
first you're encouraged to get comfortable and relax. we'll spend about 5 minutes with intentional breathing, aromatherapy, and light music- (other grounding and relaxation tools are available to your preferences) 

then we move into a focused mental and emotional check-in to cover whatever themes or stress points need attention.  

you'll leave feeling calmer with greater clarity and focus.
