Who This is For
The Becoming Sanctuary is for women in midlife who sense that something is shifting—but don’t want to rush themselves into answers.
This six-month, one-to-one cycle is for you if:
- You’re in a season of questioning, transition, or quiet disorientation
- You feel the urge to redefine your next season, but not at the cost of yourself
- You’re tired of being told what to do and want to hear your own voice again
- You want space to explore who you are becoming—without pressure to decide
- You value emotional safety, depth, and non-rushed conversation
- You’re ready to trust your own timing rather than forcing clarity
This work is especially supportive if you’ve spent years meeting expectations, holding things together, or putting your own knowing aside—and now feel called to move forward in a different way.
The Becoming Sanctuary is not about fixing your life or reinventing yourself.
It’s about creating the conditions for honesty, self-trust, and aligned choice—so you can design what comes next in a way that actually fits your real life.

What You'll Come Away With
This work isn’t designed to rush clarity or deliver a list of answers.
It’s designed to change how you relate to yourself as you move forward.
Over the course of six months, most women come away with:
- A deeper sense of emotional safety with themselves
You feel more at ease being honest—internally and out loud—without needing to edit or explain yourself. - A restored trust in your own authority
You rely less on outside opinions and feel more confident in distinguishing what’s expected of you from what’s actually true for you. - Greater comfort with uncertainty
Not knowing no longer feels like a problem to fix. Curiosity replaces urgency. - Clearer language for who you are in this season of life
You begin to understand and honor who you’ve been, who you are now, and what no longer fits—without forcing what’s next. - At least one self-trusting, aligned choice
Not necessarily a dramatic change, but a real, lived decision that fits your energy, values, and circumstances. - A steadier relationship with your own unfolding
You leave knowing how to listen to yourself and move forward without rushing or abandoning yourself.
What to Expect
- This is a slow, conversation-led process—not a program to complete or perform.
- There are no worksheets, pressure, or prescribed outcomes.
- Progress often shows up as steadiness, clarity, and relief rather than excitement or urgency.
- Some questions may remain—and that’s not a failure of the work.
By the end of our time together, the goal isn’t that everything is decided.
It’s about trusting yourself enough to keep moving forward in a way that feels honest and sustainable.

How to Prepare
There’s nothing you need to achieve, resolve, or figure out before we begin.
Preparation for this work is less about doing more and more and more about unlearning urgency.
That said, a few gentle orientations can help you arrive more fully:
- Come as you are.
You don’t need clarity, goals, or a clear story. Uncertainty, mixed feelings, and not knowing are welcome here. - Make room for slowness.
This work unfolds over time. Let go of the idea that you need to make rapid progress or reach conclusions quickly. - Notice, rather than analyze.
In the weeks leading up to our first session, you might simply notice what’s been asking for your attention—without trying to solve it. - Release the pressure to perform.
There’s no right way to show up and nothing to “get right.” You don’t need to sound insightful or put together. - Protect the space.
If possible, choose a quiet, private place for our sessions where you won’t be interrupted. This supports safety and honesty. - Trust the process.
You don’t need to know where this is going. Our work will focus on listening first—clarity and choice come later.
Most importantly, know this:
You don’t need to prepare by becoming someone different.
The work begins exactly where you are.
You don’t need to prepare by becoming someone different.
The work begins exactly where you are.
Next Steps
If this work resonates, the next step is simple.
We begin with a conversation, not a commitment. A discovery call gives us space to talk about what’s bringing you here and to see whether this way of working feels like a good fit—for you and for me. There’s nothing you need to decide during that call.
If we both feel aligned, I’ll outline the six-month cycle and what working together would look like. From there, you’re invited to take the time you need to listen to your own yes or no. Both are respected.
This work isn’t meant to be rushed into.
It begins with choosing at your own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do your coaching programs start?
We begin once we’ve both said a clear yes and scheduled our first session. There’s no fixed start date or cohort—this work is intentionally paced to begin when the timing feels right for you.
If you need time to consider, you’re welcome to take it. This container is designed to support slowness and discernment from the very beginning.
Can I start coaching at any time?
Yes. This is a one-to-one offering with rolling start dates, so there’s no set schedule or cohort. We begin when we’ve both said a clear yes and found a start date that works for your life and pace.
There’s no advantage to starting quickly—this work begins best when the timing feels right to you.
How long is each coaching session?
Each session is 45 minutes. This length allows for depth and focus without overwhelm, and it leaves space between sessions for reflection and integration. We meet every other week to support a steady, non-rushed pace.
What if I want to continue coaching beyond six months?
The six-month core is designed to be complete on its own. Some women choose to continue working together through an optional six-month Integration phase, which offers a steady, non-rushed space to live into the choices you’ve made and adjust as real life responds.
Integration isn’t about doing more or going deeper—it’s about support as things settle. Whether or not you continue is entirely your choice, and both paths are respected.
What kind of commitment do you expect?
I ask for a commitment to the full six-month container and to showing up honestly and consistently. That means attending sessions, allowing time between sessions for reflection and integration, and being willing to move at a slower pace than you may be used to.
There’s no expectation to have answers, reach milestones, or make big changes. The commitment is to presence, honesty, and giving yourself the space this work requires.
How do we work together—online or in person?
Coaching sessions are currently offered online via Zoom or Phone Calls, which allows us to work together regardless of location and supports a consistent, unrushed rhythm. Many women appreciate being able to join sessions from the comfort of their own space.
What if we work together and find out we're not a good fit?
That’s something we can talk about openly and with care. Fit matters in this work, and noticing misalignment isn’t a failure—it’s information. If at any point it becomes clear that this container isn’t the right support for you, we’ll name that honestly and decide together how to close or transition in a way that honors your agency and well-being.
The goal is never to push the work forward at all costs, but to ensure you’re supported in a way that truly serves you.
