I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University 🎓 and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology 🎓✨. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)with extensive experience providing direct behavior-analytic services across home, school, and clinical settings.

I currently serve as a special education teacher for students ages 14–18, where I support academic instruction, behavior regulation, and skill development during a critical transitional period. My professional background includes implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, data collection, and evidence-based instructional strategies.

I am also a BCBA supervisee, actively completing supervised fieldwork hours toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2026 🧠📈. My work is grounded in ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful, functional outcomes.
