A 5-Week Somatic Kundalini Journey


Introduction
This is a journey of coming home to your body.
 A place to slow down, to feel, and to listen.

In these five weeks, we use Kundalini yoga + meditation, somatic movement, and breath to reconnect with what is already within us.

We are not trying to awaken the Kundalini or raise our vibration to go out there!
We are here to expand the field of the heart, to feel grounded and safe in our bodies.

This is the year of grounding, safety, and homecoming.
 We are not going anywhere.
 We are returning to presence, to the here and now, to the wisdom within.



🕊️ What You Will Experience
Each week holds a new intention, a new rhythm:
  1. Coming Home to the Body — Finding safety, trust, and awareness in the body
  2. Releasing Held Effort — Softening the patterns of doing and striving
  3. Restoring the Heart Field — Opening to love and compassion from within
  4. Trusting Inner Rhythm — Moving and breathing in harmony with your natural pace
  5. Reclaiming Voice and Expression — Allowing authentic sound, truth, and creativity to flow

You will experience practices that invite deep listening, grounding, and soft transformation through movement, breath, and stillness.

Time: 7PM UK time
Location: Live on Zoom (recordings available)

🌿 Why I’m Offering This Series

At the start of this year, something stirred deeply within me.
Soon after the new year began, a new wave of uprising started in my homeland, Iran. 

People took to the streets - asking for justice, for dignity, for life.

In response, the government silenced them. The internet was cut off. 
Communication stopped. 
Families like mine - inside and outside of Iran - were left in grief and uncertainty. 
We couldn’t reach our loved ones. 
We couldn’t hear their voices.

As I sat in silence, I felt the weight of that disconnection. The fear. The grief. The collective heartbreak.

And in that silence, one message became clear : peace begins within.

That is why I created Homecoming.
A space to come back to the body. To breathe. To anchor into the heart.
To create safety within ourselves - so that we can hold peace for the world.

We cannot control the outer chaos. But we can return to the wisdom of the body - to breath, to stillness, to presence.
 From that place of peace, our actions become clear, grounded, and aligned.

This five-week somatic Kundalini journey is both a personal and collective prayer.
A way to heal, to root, and to remember that we are one.

These classes are offered bilingually (English and Farsi) - so this practice can be accessible to more hearts.

یک سفر پنج‌هفته‌ای کندالینی و سوماتیک

مقدمه
این سفری است برای بازگشت به بدن،
 جایی برای آرام شدن، احساس کردن و شنیدن.
در این پنج هفته با کندالینی یوگا، حرکت‌های سوماتیک و تنفس، دوباره با آنچه از پیش در درون ماست ارتباط می‌گیریم.
در این مسیر به‌دنبال بیدار کردن کندالینی یا بالا بردن ارتعاش نیستیم؛
 اینجا یاد می‌گیریم در بدن خود احساس امنیت، حضور و آرامش کنیم.
این سال، سال ریشه‌دار شدن، بازگشت به زمین و بازگشت به خانه است.
 نه به بیرون، بلکه به درون خود.

هر هفته نیت و ریتم تازه‌ای دارد:
  • بازگشت به بدن – یافتن حس امنیت و اعتماد
  • رها کردن تلاش – نرم شدن الگوهای کنترل و انجام دادن
  • گشودن میدان قلب – عشق و شفقت از درون
  • اعتماد به ریتم درونی – هماهنگی با جریان طبیعی
  • بیان و خلاقیت – اجازه دادن به صدای اصیل خود

🌸 چرا این دوره را برگزار می‌کنم
پس از آغاز سال جدید، جنبشی تازه در وطنم ایران شکل گرفت.
 مردم برای عدالت و زندگی به خیابان‌ها آمدند.
 اینترنت قطع شد، ارتباط‌ها از بین رفت و هزاران خانواده در رنج و بی‌خبری ماندند.
در سکوت، درد و اندوه را عمیقاً حس کردم، اما پیامی در درونم واضح شد:
 صلح از درون آغاز می‌شود.
از همین نیت، «بازگشت به خانه» متولد شد –
 جایی برای تنفس، حضور و اتصال به قلب.
 برای یافتن آرامش درون تا بتوانیم صلح را به جهان بفرستیم.
این کلاس‌ها به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی برگزار می‌شوند تا دل‌های بیشتری بتوانند به این فضا بپیوندند.

Yes, completely. This series is designed to be gentle, inclusive, and intuitive. You’ll be guided through each movement and breath with awareness and compassion. - no previous yoga experience needed.
❓ I can’t attend all the classes live. Can I still join?
✨ Absolutely. Each class will be recorded and shared with you. You can practise in your own time and at your own pace - what matters most is your presence and intention.
