A one-time 1:1 session designed to:
- identify the patterns affecting your relationship or intimacy
- understand how your nervous system and emotional responses are interacting
- clarify what is keeping things stuck
This is a working session, not a surface conversation.
HOW TO PREPARE
Come with a specific issue.
Something that is:

- unresolved
- affecting your connection, communication, or sexual dynamic
The more direct you are, the more valuable this session becomes.

- 60-minute session
- $40 introductory rate
- available only to those who have not worked with me before
You may attend alone. If this is about your relationship, bringing your partner will give us a clearer picture.
