8 - Session College Coaching Package


Whether we’ve connected through a complimentary 30‑minute Discovery Call or you’re ready to dive in, this 8‑session coaching experience is designed for students who want more than a quick fix. Through consistent, structured support, we build the skills, systems, and momentum needed for lasting academic success.

This isn’t tutoring. It’s strategic, personalized coaching grounded in your real‑life situations — helping you clear mental clutter, regain control, and follow through with confidence.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
  • 8 × 60‑minute one‑to‑one virtual coaching sessions (including a foundational intake session)
  • Review of relevant assessments or academic materials
  • Unlimited email support (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT)
  • One complimentary consultation with a support provider (e.g., therapist, tutor, academic advisor), when appropriate

All sessions are held virtually through ZOOM.

Please note: All pre-paid sessions are non-refundable and may be used within one year of purchase.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

🎯 The Intake Session- We start by getting clear on you. Your strengths, habits, challenges, and what’s actually getting in the way.

Together, we:

✅ Create a focused, personalized plan

This session sets the direction for the work ahead.

🔄 Ongoing Coaching Sessions - Across the remaining seven sessions, we actively work toward the goals defined in your intake. All coaching is personalized and grounded in real-life situations, with each meeting building on the last — creating steady momentum and measurable progress.

Together, we:
✅ Strengthen executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, and task initiation
✅ Break goals and responsibilities into clear, manageable steps
✅ Create structure and routines that support productivity and balance
✅ Build practical systems and habits that actually work for you
✅ Strengthen confidence in navigating academic, social, and personal responsibilities
✅ Adjust priorities and strategies when challenges arise
✅ Develop greater self‑awareness, resilience, and consistent follow‑through

You won’t just talk about change — you’ll learn how to implement it so that by the end of eight sessions, you’ll have stronger habits, clearer systems, and greater independence in managing your academic life.

If you are a parent or caregiver scheduling on behalf of your student, thank you — your involvement is deeply valued! After the initial Discovery Call, however, sessions are typically conducted exclusively between the student and coach to support independence and open, honest communication (unless otherwise discussed).

As outlined in the coaching agreement, parents or caregivers will be informed if participation or engagement concerns arise and are not resolved through direct communication with the student.
