You may be navigating betrayal, broken trust, or harm from a faith community. You may be trying to understand why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships. You may know your past affects you, but you don't want everything happening now blamed on your past.
This is one-on-one work focused on your story — what happened, how it shaped you, and what clearer understanding might make possible. We use narrative-focused approaches to help you name what's true, understand what belongs to you, and begin to respond from a different place.
What to expect
- 60-minute sessions, in person or via video call
- Ongoing or short-term engagement
- Reflection exercises between sessions
- Faith-integrated, trauma-informed approach
A single session can offer perspective, language, and a clearer next step for one focused concern. If you want continuity, the Five-Session Package may be a better fit.
I meet with clients in person in Arizona's East Valley, including Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and San Tan Valley, and offer virtual sessions throughout the United States.
