What is the structure of the program?
Everyone starts with the introductory Discovery Call to connect and determine if this journey is a good fit for both of us. The signature experience includes seven 1:1 sessions over 1-3 months. Plus optional monthly ongoing expansion sessions.
Do we follow the book?
Not required, and Our Bodies as the Garden of Eden is the anchor of the coaching. You are free to reflect on it, but not in a rigid curriculum way.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
24-hour notice is needed; otherwise the session is counted as used.
