This package of 4 sessions is for couples who are looking for support, direction, and basic couples work. This can be a safe place to discuss, ask for input, practice communication skills, or have someone ask you both questions to help you in whatever challenge you're facing.
Couples support packages are great for overseas workers, pastors, newly married, young families, neurodiverse parenting, or newly diagnosed neurodiversity in your marriage {must be fairly stable, no abuse}.
This package is NOT for couples who are in high conflict or those who have a lot of repair work to do. I will refer out for couples needing more specific help, if there is abuse, trauma work or for marriage counseling.
