Money Mindset & Clarity Coaching

Understand Your Money. Shift Your Mindset. Create a Budget That Supports Your Life.

Money can feel personal and sometimes complicated. For many of us, the way we think about money began long before we ever earned our first paycheck. What we saw growing up, what we were or weren't taught, and the experiences we've had along the way can all influence how we spend, save, plan, and even how comfortable we feel talking about money.

The 378 Money Mindset & Clarity Journey™ is a supportive, judgment-free coaching experience designed to help you better understand your relationship with money and become more intentional about how you manage it.

Our focus is simple: your money mindset and your budget.

Together, we'll explore the beliefs, habits, and behaviors that may be influencing your financial choices. We'll also work on understanding your income and expenses, creating a realistic budget, identifying financial priorities, and developing everyday money habits that make sense for your life. You won't be judged for where you are, what you earn, what you didn't learn growing up, or financial decisions you've made in the past.

We'll start with where you are today and help you gain the clarity to decide where you want to go from here.

Who Is This For?

This journey is for someone who wants to feel more aware, organized, and intentional with their everyday finances but may not know where to begin.
Maybe you've tried budgeting before, but it never seemed to stick. Perhaps you earn money but aren't quite sure where it goes each month. You may feel anxious or uncomfortable when you look at your finances, or you may have realized that some of your money habits aren't helping you accomplish what matters to you.

This coaching may be a good fit if you:
  •  Want to better understand your relationship with money.
  •  Feel overwhelmed, embarrassed, or uncertain when it comes to budgeting.
  •  Want to understand where your money is actually going.
  •  Have difficulty sticking to a budget you've created.
  •  Want to explore how your beliefs and experiences may influence your spending habits.
  •  Find yourself making emotional or impulsive money decisions you'd like to better understand.
  •  Want to become more intentional about spending and saving.
  •  Need help identifying your financial priorities.
  •  Want practical budgeting habits that fit your real life.
  •  Are ready to have more honest and intentional conversations with yourself about money.

You don't have to be "good with money" before you begin. That's not the expectation. All you have to do is come as you are.

What Can You Expect?

First, you can expect no judgment. You can expect conversations about money that feel human. There is no financial shaming here. You won't be shamed for what you didn't learn, decisions you've made in the past, how much you earn, or where you are financially today.

We won't spend our time focusing on everything you should have done differently. Instead, we'll get curious about what's happening now and what you'd like to change moving forward.

Our sessions may include conversations and activities around:
  •  Your relationship and history with money.
  •  Beliefs or messages about money that you've carried with you.
  •  Spending habits and patterns.
  •  Understanding your income and expenses.
  •  Needs versus wants.
  •  Creating and maintaining a realistic budget.
  •  Identifying financial priorities and goals.
  •  Building savings into your budget when appropriate.
  •  Developing routines for regularly checking in with your money.
  •  Exploring what happens when life doesn't go according to the budget—and how to adjust without simply giving up.

I'll provide financial education where it supports our work, while coaching you to think about your choices, habits, and goals in a way that makes sense for your life.

What Will You Come Away With?

The goal isn't to turn you into a financial expert. It's to help you become more aware of your money, more intentional about your choices, and more confident managing the financial responsibilities of everyday life.

Depending on your goals, you may come away with:
  • A better understanding of your money mindset. You'll explore the beliefs, experiences, messages, and habits that may influence how you think about and use money.
  • Greater awareness of where your money goes. We'll look at your income and everyday expenses so you can see your financial picture more clearly.
  • A realistic budget. We'll work on creating a budget based on your actual life, not an unrealistic version of what you think your finances “should” look like.
  • Greater awareness of needs, wants, and priorities. You'll explore what matters most to you and how your everyday financial choices may or may not support those priorities.
  • Healthier everyday money habits. You'll identify practical habits you can begin developing around budgeting, spending, saving, and checking in with your finances.
  • Greater confidence talking about your money. Money doesn't have to remain something you avoid. Understanding your finances can make it easier to ask questions and make informed everyday decisions.

Most importantly, I want you to leave with something you can actually use not just information that sounded good during a coaching session.

What We Do and Don't Cover

It's important that you know exactly what this service is before deciding whether it's right for you.

The 378 Money Mindset & Clarity Journey™ focuses on money mindset, budgeting, everyday financial awareness, and practical money-management habits.

We DO NOT & WILL NOT:
  • Teach or provide guidance on investing, stocks, bonds, investment strategies, retirement accounts or retirement planning, insurance products or insurance planning.
  • Provide individualized investment, tax, legal, or professional financial-planning advice.

**If you need guidance in one of those areas, you'll want to work with an appropriately qualified financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal professional.

This distinction matters because my role isn't to tell you where to invest your money or which financial products to purchase. My role as your coach is to help you become more intentional about how you think about, budget, and manage the money that's part of your everyday life.

How Can You Prepare?

You don't need a perfect spreadsheet, an organized binder, or months of financial records before your first session. Just start with honesty and curiosity.

Before we meet, think about this question: “What would I like to feel differently about when it comes to my money?”

Depending on what we're working on, having a general idea of your monthly take-home income and regular expenses can also be helpful.
You may want to gather recent bills, recurring expenses, debt payments, subscriptions, savings contributions, and a general picture of your spending. You don't need to have everything perfectly categorized. That's something we can begin making sense of together.

And don't clean up your numbers because you think they're supposed to look a certain way. Your real numbers help us create a real budget.

What's Next?

Start with The 378 Discovery Conversation. Your first step is a complimentary 15-minute 378 Discovery Conversation. This isn't a financial consultation, and you won't be expected to share every detail of your finances during those 15 minutes. It's simply an opportunity for us to talk. You can tell me what has been happening with your money, what you'd like to understand or change, and what you're hoping to gain from coaching. I'll explain my approach, answer your questions, and we'll determine whether The 378 Money Mindset & Clarity Journey™ is the right fit for what you need.

If you're looking specifically for budgeting support, greater awareness of your money habits, and an opportunity to develop a healthier and more intentional money mindset, this journey may be a great place to begin.

You don't need to know everything about money to start taking better care of yours. A great starting point is to :

  • Understand Your Money.
  • Understand Your Habits.
  • Create Your Budget.
  • Make Intentional Choices.

It's not about having perfect finances. It's about knowing where your money is going and making sure your choices reflect where you want your life to go.

Remember, your journey starts with you. If you're ready, schedule your complimentary 15-minute 378 Discovery Conversation. Together, we can explore how your journey toward greater money clarity and confidence can begin right where you are.
