Resilient Team Building
3 hours | Whole crew + owner | 10am–1pm
$697 (founding rate) — Includes lunch

Your team runs jobs together every day, but that's not the same as knowing how to talk to each other when it counts.
Resilient Team Building is a hands-on session for your whole crew, owner included. We open with something fun and a little unpredictable, because that's when real communication patterns show up fast. From there, we name the fears that keep good teams quiet, even when they see a problem coming, and we surface what's been going unsaid without putting anyone on the spot.
I'll share what I notice as we go. Not to grade anyone, but to help your team see patterns from the outside that are invisible from the inside, and to give you and your team something concrete to build on together going forward.
We close the day the way trades crews actually bond: over lunch, no agenda, just people.

What you'll walk away with:
  • A team that's practiced naming a problem out loud, in the room, together
  • One communication shift your crew commits to trying over the next 30 days
  • A read on your team's patterns you didn't have going in
  • A shared afternoon that felt more like a reset than a meeting

Format: 10am–1pm, on-site or at a location of your choice. We'll coordinate timing around your team's schedule, ideally your slower day of the week.

Investment: $697 for the session, plus $15 per person for lunch (based on your final headcount, confirmed a few days before your session).

Base session fee $697 flat, plus lunch billed per person (e.g., $12-15/head) A 15-person crew pays $697 + ~$200; a 60-person crew pays $697 + ~$800.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy or some kind of HR training?
No. This isn't clinical and it isn't a compliance box to check. It's a working session built around how trades teams actually communicate, using real scenarios your crew will recognize, not corporate role-play.
Will you be evaluating my employees?
I'll be watching how the team communicates under a little pressure, and I'll share what I notice, but as patterns for the whole group, not individual report cards. Nobody gets singled out in the room.
Do all of my employees have to participate?
It works best with your full crew there, since the whole point is seeing how you all communicate together. If a few people can't make it, that's okay, but the more of the team present, the more useful the session is for everyone, including you.
What if my team doesn't want to open up?
That's normal, and it's actually part of what this session is built to work with. I'm not asking anyone to overshare. The structure is designed to make it easier to say a small true thing, not to force a big confession.
Where does this happen?
Your shop, a job site breakroom, a rented space, wherever your team is comfortable. I'll bring the structure; you pick the location. Just need enough space for the whole crew to sit and move around a little.
What about lunch?
Lunch is included at $15 per person, added to your total based on your final headcount. I'll confirm your team size with you a few days before the session so lunch is ready and accurate, no guessing, no overpaying for a bigger crew than you have.
When do I get feedback on what was observed?
I'll share a few initial thoughts with the group before we wrap the session, but the fuller picture comes to you in writing within 2 days. Team dynamics are easy to misread in the moment, so I take a bit of time afterward to make sure what I hand you is actually useful, not just a first impression.
What type of food options?
I have noticed that BBQ, tacos, or a sandwich/sub spread is the easiest and most common food choices trades-guys and girls go for. And it fits the price bracket on affordability and easy to serve.
