What we'll work toward
Month 1: Understand your child. We'll look beneath the behavior to see what your child is really communicating. You'll learn why they struggle with separations, transitions, or limits, and start seeing them through a developmental lens instead of a behavioral one.
Month 2: Become their compass. You'll learn how to lead with warmth and confidence so your child can rest in your care. We'll work on getting through hard moments without power struggles, punishment, or shame, and on repairing and reconnecting afterward.
Month 3: Build a home where your child can grow. We'll shape daily rhythms, transitions, and routines that support your child's nervous system, and protect the space they need to mature. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your role and the confidence to trust yourself.
By the end of our time together, you can expect to:
- Understand the "why" behind your child's hardest behaviors
- Feel calmer and more confident in the tough moments
- Know what to say and do when your child falls apart
- Have fewer power struggles and more cooperation
- Feel closer to your child, and to each other as parents
