Private Coaching
You’re stuck on something that matters — and thinking about it more isn’t getting you anywhere.
Maybe it’s a decision you keep reopening, a change you know needs to happen, a direction you cannot commit to, or a fear that keeps slowing you down. Maybe you keep starting with good intentions and somehow end up back in the same place. Or maybe things look perfectly fine from the outside, but you know you are not operating the way you want to.
You have probably already thought about it. A lot. You may have asked other people what they would do, read more, made plans, tried to become more disciplined, or waited until you felt more certain. Yet the problem is still there.
This program gives you 8 private coaching sessions to uncover what's keeping you stuck, gain clarity on what needs to change, and turn that clarity into meaningful action.

When an Important Problem Stays Unresolved
Being stuck costs more than frustration. It can cost you months of time, lost opportunities, mental energy, momentum, and confidence in your own judgment. The longer something stays unresolved, the more attention it takes away from everything else that matters.
And eventually, the original problem is joined by another question: “Why can’t I just sort this out?”
You may recognize yourself here:
- You keep going back and forth on the same decision without feeling any more certain.
- You want to move forward, but fear of getting it wrong keeps slowing you down.
- You know what you need to do in some areas, yet still struggle to follow through.
- In others, you genuinely don't know which direction to take.
- You start with good intentions, then lose momentum when things become difficult or uncomfortable.
- You stay busy, but the things that would make the biggest difference keep getting pushed aside.
- You're doing reasonably well, yet know you're capable of operating at a different level.
- The same problems keep showing up in different situations, and you're tired of repeating them.
You may have tried different approaches already. More information, another plan, better habits, a productivity system, or advice from people you trust.
Sometimes those things help. But when the same problem keeps coming back, it's worth asking whether you've been trying to solve the right problem in the first place.
The Problem You See Is Not Always the Problem You Need to Solve
Most people naturally focus on whatever seems most obvious.
“I need better time management.” “I need more confidence.” “I need motivation.” “I need to stop procrastinating.” “I need to figure out what I want.”
Sometimes that diagnosis is right. Sometimes it's only part of the picture.
What looks like poor time management may actually be a struggle with priorities or boundaries. Procrastination may be driven by fear or avoidance. Constant research may be an attempt to eliminate uncertainty before making a decision. Feeling directionless may come from competing goals or expectations that have never been properly examined.
And sometimes the issue you originally came in wanting to solve turns out not to be the real issue at all.
When you understand what's actually driving the problem, you can finally start working on what needs to change.
That is where the deeper coaching work begins.
The Vonier Method — From Understanding to Action
My job is not to hand you a generic formula for your life. It's to help you see what can be difficult to recognize when you're standing inside the situation yourself.
We work with real situations from your life. Together, we examine how you're thinking, what assumptions you're making, what you're afraid of, what may be outside your control, and what keeps repeating. We also look at what matters most to you and where your current decisions or behaviour may be taking you in a different direction.
The process moves through a practical progression:
Awareness → Ownership → Decision → Action → Follow-through
First, we work to understand what is actually happening. Then we identify what is within your control, what needs to change, and what you are prepared to do about it.
That might lead to a difficult conversation, a decision you've been postponing, a new priority, a boundary, or an action you've been avoiding.
And we don't stop there. In the following sessions, we look at what happened, what worked, what didn't, and what you learned. We continue building on that understanding as new situations arise.
The goal is not simply to understand your problems better. It's to change how you respond to them.
People sometimes come into coaching hoping someone will tell them exactly what to do. But another person's answer doesn't necessarily resolve what made the situation difficult in the first place.
Coaching helps you develop stronger judgment, greater self-trust, and the ability to make decisions that you understand and own. You remain in control of your choices, while I provide the outside perspective, challenge, and accountability to support your progress.
What Can Change
The goal is not to remove every challenge or eliminate uncertainty from your life. It's to become better at handling the situations that matter, even when the answers aren't obvious.
That can mean finally making a decision you've been putting off, moving forward on something important, becoming more deliberate with your time, or understanding why a particular fear has had so much influence over your choices.
It can mean setting boundaries, following through when motivation fades, or recognizing an old pattern early enough to respond differently.
For some clients, the biggest shift is finding a clear direction. For others, it's moving from hesitation into action, gaining confidence in their judgment, or finally changing something they've struggled with for a long time.
Sometimes the result is a major change in your circumstances. Sometimes it's a lasting improvement in how you approach the next challenge.
Either way, the focus is on meaningful progress in the areas that matter to you.
Who This Is For
There is no single job title or life stage you need to fit.
Some of my clients are building businesses, leading teams, and carrying significant responsibility. Others are changing direction, considering a major move, rebuilding something, or trying to work out what they actually want next.
Some are already successful and frustrated by the patterns that keep getting in their way. Others are at a crossroads and unsure how to move forward.
What matters is simpler: something important isn't working the way you want it to, and you're ready to do something about it.
You don't need to arrive confident or have everything figured out. You do need to be willing to explore what's happening, challenge your assumptions, and take action on what you discover.

Start With a Free Initial Call
You don't need to commit to the full program before we've even spoken.
We begin with a Free 45-Minute Initial Call where you bring something real: a decision you cannot settle, something you keep avoiding, a change you want to make, a direction you're unsure about, or a problem that keeps repeating.
We'll use the time to work on your situation, explore what may actually be getting in the way, and identify where change could make the biggest difference.
You'll experience how I coach, and we'll both get a clearer picture of what working together could accomplish.
