This has been a transformative year for so many of us. Maybe you've experienced unexpected changes, found yourself questioning old ways of being, or discovered desires and possibilities you hadn't fully acknowledged before.
Sometimes the things that challenge us also bring us into contact with parts of ourselves that are ready to be explored and lived more fully.
Join me for a two-hour online gathering where we'll pause, reflect, and get curious about what this year has brought to the surface and what might be emerging.
What we'll experience together
- Guided meditation and personal reflection.
- Writing prompts to explore your experiences, discoveries, and questions.
- Small-group conversations and opportunities to connect with others.
- An experience of recognizing and reflecting the gifts and qualities we see in one another.
- Space to explore what's emerging without needing to have all the answers.
This isn't a typical end-of-year workshop focused on resolutions, goal-setting, or planning your next big move. It's an opportunity to look beneath the surface, acknowledge how you've changed, and make room for the possibilities that may be taking shape.
Who is this for?
This gathering is open to all genders and orientations.
Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling drawn toward something new, questioning what comes next, or simply wanting space to reflect on the year, you're welcome here.
You don't need to have a particular issue to work through. Just bring yourself, your experiences, and your curiosity.
Your registration includes
- A live two-hour workshop on Zoom.
- Guided experiences and opportunities for reflection and connection.
- A recording of the workshop, sent to everyone who registers, whether or not you attend live.
For everyone's privacy, personal sharing and breakout-room conversations will not be recorded.
Group size is limited to 40 participants.
