A full featured TOFT SPS has many powerful features and settings that can be implemented only in the most flexible service tools. These are explained in context of whether they can be introduced to your tool.

The price for this service package is inclusive of VAT or any other applicable tax. Upon payment, a paid invoice will be raised.
This package includes
  • Receive a report explaining recommended statuses for your organisation, together with all applicable SPS parameters and how to configure and customise your service tool to transition activity prioritisation into use.

  • Understand how far a full-featured status priority system can be developed within the constraints of your ITSM tool (if constraints exist).

  • Receive your "ticket management process" guide for teams.

  • 1 x 90 minute appointment before work begins, to cover questions based on your survey answers and to ensure the selection of statuses, parameters and advanced features is as appropriate as possible. 

  • 1 x 50 minute appointment to cover questions you might have once the report and guide is received.
