Coach Bae
FREE Initial 30-Minute Consultation
When you order this service, you can expect to schedule a 30-minute 1:1 video chat or web chat (+15 free minutes) INITIAL coaching session to collaboratively brainstorm your questions and concerns to help you along your life path. I can talk to you about things like challenges with interpersonal relationships, educational pursuits, career pursuits, trauma, addiction, self-help, parenting, self-improvement, and life goals/next steps.

The focus of the free consultation is to determine if you feel like Coach Bae is a good fit for your coaching journey, and so that Coach Bae can determine if your coaching goals are a good fit for her coaching skillset. The primary focus of this session will be rapport building and introduction to the coaching process.

At the beginning of each session, we will go over a brief review of your goals. Then, we will engage in targeted problem solving, where you explain your goals in more detail and what questions or roadblocks you have identified. I will respond with feedback and guidance, pose reflective questions, and deep dive your path with you. At the end, we will determine what action items you want to take, and I will sometimes give referrals or additional informational resources that may help you on your journey. If we are engaged in a longer-term coaching journey together, I may also assign optional self-help worksheets from various public sources that I think might apply to your situation and may be of benefit to you. Examples of these might include SMART Recovery self-reflecting questionnaires (available for personal use  on their website), helpful quizzes, or writing exercises.

“ Yeah the help that was provided to me was monumental in helping me get to any sort of point where I could even attempt rehabilitation and recovery. I am a 17 year meth addict and alcoholic who not only didn't want to quit but encouraged others to use and relapse. I was the worst and I treated everyone around me like trash. I found out that I have a problem that needs outside help. I've been sober from my DOC and alcohol for nine months now and am in treatment wrapping up my rehabilitation. Coach Bae was the most important and beneficial in my ability to be able to seek help and actually get it, but after she helped first. ”

“ I worked with Coach Bae for trying to figure out why I was struggling to adhere to my nutrition/weight loss goals. We figured out that there was some resistance in my mind due to previous experiences with doctors I had discussed my health concerns with that blew me off. Coach Bae encouraged me to advocate for myself and suggested I talk to a therapist about the resistance I was feeling. I did, and soon after I started hitting my goals and my life has improved a lot! I definitely recommend working with her if you're struggling with something and just not sure what the next step is. ”

“ I was in treatment for about 2 years working on mental health and addiction stuff. Nothing really stuck because I didn't understand the point in the grand scheme of things and my therapist didn't ever seem to provide context to some stuff when I would bring it up that I was confused about some stuff or like what the whole point was. I feel like working with her sped up the healing process and helped me stick with treatment at times because I was definitely ready to give up at different points and she encouraged me to keep going. My life changed for the better. ”

“ ...I found that [Coach Bae] was a hard working woman who did not know the meaning of the word 'quit.' [She] has never met an obstacle that she could not conquer. Words that I would use to describe [her] would include: straight forward, direct, honest, hard-working, creative, loyal, and problem solver... ”
